The two available options are.
1. Bully Dog BDX w/Tuning – You will receive a blank Bully Dog BDX tuner. A JOT form will be emailed to you to provide information about the car. Tuners will be created and emailed within 2-3 business days.
2. tuning only – does NOT include the Bully Dog BDX or the switch. This means you already have Bully Dog BDX to load the tuners.
Power levels.
2010-2012 – 50hp, 80hp, 120hp, 180hp, 250hp
2013-2018 – 10hp, 50hp, 80hp, 110hp, 150hp
2019-2021 – 30hp, 75hp. 130hp, 180hp, 230hp.
Eliminate the following components (if equipped) without installing diagnostic trouble codes or checking the engine light bulb:
particulate filter (DPF)
Catalytic converter (CAT)
Diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC)
Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR)
Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF)
Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR)
Diagnostic Trouble Codes / Check Engine Light – SCT X4 / Bully Dog BDX prevents any DTCs or Check Engine light from occurring. However, if any other problem occurs, you will still be alerted. DTCs can be checked/cleared.
Fuel mileage – Expect a significant increase in fuel mileage. If your DPF is clogged, you are probably averaging about 13-14 miles per hour. More or less depending on the severity of the restriction. After installing the SCT X4 / Bully Dog BDX and removing the DPF/CAT, expect a combined mileage of 18-19 mpg. Larger tires and poor driving habits will result in lower mileage.
After your purchase, we will send you a link to an online form. In it, you will provide the serial number of your tuner as well as your VIN. We will then email you the removed tuners based on the information provided. Bully Dog BDX includes DPF tuning and tuning with DPF removal. SOTF tuning and switch is included.
