EGR removal for 2017, 2018 and 2019 Ford SuperDuty Powerstroke Diesel 6.7 F-series F-250 and F-350 pickups. Not suitable for cab and chassis trucks. Installing an EGR removal system is one of the best upgrades you can do to improve the reliability of your 6.7 Powerstroke pickup. With this EGR removal system, you can completely remove the EGR valve and EGR cooler. Eliminating the EGR system will prevent soot buildup and clogging of the EGR valve. Instead of the hot exhaust gas being routed into the intake, fresh, tight, clean air can now circulate. Improved exhaust flow allows the turbocharger to pick up speed faster, resulting in quicker throttle response. This EGR system is designed and engineered to recirculate engine coolant faster and more efficiently than a standard EGR system.
