Before Tuning the PCM:
It’s essential to perform a full DPF regeneration before the PCM is tuned. This step ensures DPF accumulation values are cleared, which cannot be reset after the PCM has been modified.
Delete Procedure Overview:
At this stage, remove the DPF and SCR systems from the exhaust. All other components—including the EGR system, throttle valve, MAF, MAP, and EGT sensors—should remain installed. Do not alter or remove the DEF tank or its sensors at this point.
As part of the process, the customer is responsible for fabricating a block-off plate for the secondary EGR port (the one that typically loops back into the exhaust system).
ECM Removal Instructions:
Please follow these steps prior to sending your ECM:

Clear any active dash lights or service alerts.

Ensure any DEF/DPF-related countdowns are fully resolved.

Turn off the vehicle’s ignition and disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Carefully remove the ECM for shipping.
Shipping Process: We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send your ECM to us. Once we receive and inspect the module, we’ll proceed with flashing it and then ship it back to you via express delivery. While we cover all standard shipping costs, please note that any additional brokerage fees (which are uncommon) will be your responsibility. The entire process typically takes 4–6 business days, plus an additional 2–3 days for return transit.
Tuning Process: Please note that during periods of high workload, some delays may occur. Additionally, we may perform extra checks to ensure the bench flash tuning is completed with the highest accuracy.
Essential Installation Guidelines: Before installing this tune, ensure your PCM is restored to its original factory settings if it was previously modified. Disconnect all EGR, DPF, SCR, and AdBlue sensors, and remove the AdBlue/SCR PCM to prevent error codes from appearing.
