Highly Recommend. Full delete on RAM 2500. Staff was responsive to my numerous questions, not a mechanic, but instrumentation technician, so we like everything lined out and obvious unknowns covered prior to work starting. 64 years old and completed in about 1.5 day in the driveway without hammering myself too bad. EGR portion was easy, though one studded bolt eventually required socket shortening with a file due to clearance issues in all directions. Exhaust is a good fit, worst part is the rubber hangers, plan accordingly. Went back in easy with application of lithium grease. EzLynk AutoAgent with the SOTF switch, easy account setup, tune download and upload to the truck. Also great for modifying other parameters such as low tire pressure warning. Did not receive any unexpected codes, truck definitely runs better, added a tranny tune and it shifts much better. I have only been to power level three, but wow! In hind sight would likely just got for a single tune as I am more about fuel mileage, moderate towing and preserving the weak link, 68RFE trans.
