- DPF/CAT Delete Pipe – Replaces the applicable factory aftertreatment section with a less restrictive exhaust path. The supplied pipe is designed around the Cab & Chassis exhaust configuration rather than standard pickup routing.
- EGR Delete Kit – Includes the components supplied for removal of the factory EGR valve and cooler assembly and blocking the applicable EGR passages for the intended off-road configuration.
- Optional TCM Tuning – Select None, 68RFE, or AISIN when ordering. Selecting a transmission tune changes the tuning package, available engine power settings, and SOTF availability.

Important Information about EFI Live AutoCal V3 Tuner & Tuning
EFI Live AutoCal V3 is a custom-tuning interface rather than a generic programmer loaded with universal tunes. The device works with calibration files prepared for the specific truck and can be used to transfer tunes, flash the ECM, and record data logs when requested by technical support.
The tuning configuration for this Cab & Chassis package depends on the TCM Tune option selected when ordering.
When TCM Tune: None is selected, the package includes ECM-only tuning with SOTF capability and four available engine power levels: Stock, +65 HP, +100 HP, and +130 HP.
When 68RFE or AISIN TCM tuning is selected, the truck receives a combined ECM + TCM tuning package. This configuration uses a single engine tune rather than SOTF, with the engine calibration available at 0 HP or +60 HP.
This distinction is important because the ECM-only and ECM + TCM options are different tuning configurations, not the same ECM tune with an optional transmission file added to it.
Important: If you initially purchase the ECM-only configuration by selecting TCM Tune: None, transmission tuning cannot simply be added to that existing tuning package later. Adding TCM tuning afterward requires a new ECM + TCM tuning package.

The ECM-only configuration provides the widest range of selectable engine power levels, with SOTF settings from Stock through +130 HP.
Customers who select transmission tuning receive a matched ECM + TCM package with a fixed 0 HP or +60 HP engine calibration. This configuration is intended to coordinate engine and transmission tuning as one package rather than treating the TCM calibration as a separate add-on.
Higher engine output places additional demand on the engine, transmission, fuel system, cooling system, and other supporting components. Vehicle condition, body/upfit weight, axle ratio, tire size, load, and intended use should always be considered when selecting a power level.

The 2019-2020 Ram 3500, 4500, and 5500 Cab & Chassis delete kit is specifically configured for C&C trucks.
Important: This is not a standard RAM 2500/3500 pickup delete kit. Cab & Chassis trucks can use different ECM calibration, exhaust routing, frame layout, fuel-tank positioning, and supporting hardware.
Before ordering, verify the VIN, model, true Cab & Chassis configuration, transmission, and current exhaust setup. If TCM tuning is required, the correct 68RFE or AISIN option must be selected with the original tuning package.
If you select TCM Tune: None, you will receive the ECM-only SOTF configuration. A transmission tune cannot later be added by itself to this ECM-only package; converting to transmission tuning requires a new ECM + TCM tuning package.
Installation
An installation guide is provided with the package. Owners or technicians with solid diesel mechanical experience can complete the installation, although commercial truck upfits can make access more difficult than on a stock pickup.

Tuning Requirements
EFI Live AutoCal V3 normally uses a Windows laptop and the corresponding EFI Live software for file transfer and the tuning workflow.
Vehicle information or a stock file may need to be read from the truck before the final custom calibration is supplied. Follow the provided instructions exactly and maintain stable battery voltage throughout the ECM flashing process.
For the ECM-only configuration, the supplied tuning provides the supported SOTF power levels. If 68RFE or AISIN transmission tuning is selected, the ECM and TCM calibrations are supplied as a matched tuning package and should be installed according to the provided programming procedure.
Installation Notes
Common difficulties include seized exhaust fasteners, restricted access around the EGR cooler, and interference from commercial body equipment or other upfits.
Cab & Chassis trucks vary significantly once service bodies and aftermarket equipment are installed. For fleet or work vehicles where downtime is important, installation by a diesel/performance shop familiar with EFI Live and commercial RAM trucks is recommended.
