Contacting us before the product leaves our facility may allow us to halt the shipment, although shipping costs remain non-refundable.

Initiating the Return:

Obtaining RMA: Prior to initiating a return, obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is mandatory. This ensures proper tracking and efficient handling of returns.
