Note:

Please ensure that the vehicle is connected to a battery tender to maintain battery condition during both the reading and writing processes.

Do not interrupt the reading or writing process by turning off the vehicle or unplugging the programmer.

Using this device may carry a risk of PCM corruption or vehicle damage due to improper use. By using the device, you acknowledge and accept this risk, and the reseller is not liable for any resulting damage to the vehicle. If PCM corruption occurs, a re-flash by your local dealership may be necessary to recover the PCM.

Due to the various configurations of vehicles, a tune adjustment may be necessary, and multiple versions of the tune may need to be created for your vehicle to run correctly. This is a normal part of the tuning process.

When deleting your vehicle’s components, ensure to unplug the DPF sensors and EGT sensors, but do not unplug the intake valve or the DEF tank sensors. Failure to delete your vehicle in this manner may cause the tune to malfunction.

At this point, your vehicle may either be turned off, allowing you to disconnect the Iron Loader unit, or it may remain powered on, with all electronics active despite the car being in the off position. This occurrence is normal and does not indicate any issue with the vehicle.
  1. Before starting your vehicle, it’s essential to inspect your ECU for any Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs). You can perform this check using either your BB Flasher unit or any OBDII scanning device you possess.

Start your vehicle and make sure everything runs correctly and enjoy!
