After ordering the Bench Flash, we’ll provide you with a shipping label to send us your PCM. Upon receiving your PCM, we’ll process the order, flash the PCM, and send it back to you within 2-5 business days. We use Express shipping, aiming for a 2-day delivery once the carrier picks up the package.

Please note that removing the DPF/DEF/SCR section of the exhaust is mandatory for the delete process.

Before removing your ECM, ensure there are no maintenance or engine lights illuminated on the dashboard. It’s important to have a clear error status before ECM removal. If you encounter DEF/DPF countdown issues prior to tuning, these should be resolved beforehand. These issues, being transmitted by the SCR module, tend to persist in the cluster, and an ECU tune may not always clear them.

Here’s a step-by-step guide:

  1. Clear all error codes.
  2. Turn the key to the off position.
  3. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
  4. Proceed to remove the ECM.

When receiving your ECM back, it’s crucial to disconnect the following connector in the engine bay:

Additionally, ensure that the SCR module, located under the truck, is disconnected, along with all exhaust sensors except for the Primary O2 and EGT sensors.
