What is the process for placing a pre-order?

We provide the option to pre-order certain items that are currently out of stock.

When an item is unavailable and Pre-Order is an option, you’ll notice a label indicating “Pre-Order.” We offer pre-orders for items currently out of stock but on order with the manufacturer. These items can be purchased and will be shipped promptly upon their arrival.

If an all-in-one kit is available for pre-order, it typically indicates that one or more components within the kit are currently out of stock. When pre-ordering the all-in-one kit, we will first dispatch the items in stock and then fulfill the remainder of the order once the out-of-stock parts become available.

For example, if you pre-order an all-in-one kit comprising a tuner, delete pipe, and EGR delete kit, and the EGR delete kit is out of stock, we will still ship the tuner and delete pipe immediately. Once the EGR delete kit is back in stock, we will promptly ship it to you.
