The 2019, 2020, 2021 6.7 Cummins delete kit is designed to enhance your truck’s performance by removing the DPF, DEF, and EGR systems. This complete All-in-One bundle includes the EFI Live AutoCal V3 tuner, EGR valve and cooler delete components, and your choice of exhaust configuration. Custom tuning is included to match the modified emissions system and provide selectable power levels.
What’s Included
This 6.7 Cummins delete kit provides the core tuning and EGR hardware together with selectable exhaust and transmission-tuning options.
Core Components
- EFI Live AutoCal V3 Tuner – A vehicle-specific custom tuning interface used to load the included calibration into the truck. It supports custom ECU programming and SOTF tuning for quick changes between available power levels.
- EGR Valve & Cooler Delete Kit – Removes the factory EGR valve and cooler components, reducing exhaust-gas recirculation, soot buildup, and intake contamination. This hardware is included as part of the full delete kit for 6.7 Cummins.
Choose Your Exhaust Option
- 4-Inch Exhaust System – A T-409 rust-resistant exhaust option that replaces the restrictive factory aftertreatment section and provides increased exhaust flow with a moderate sound level.
- 5-Inch Exhaust System – Uses a larger-diameter exhaust path for maximum flow and a deeper, more aggressive exhaust note.
- Delete Pipe – Replaces the factory DPF/DEF aftertreatment section while retaining more of the original exhaust system. This is the simplest exhaust option for the package.
The 4-inch and 5-inch exhaust systems are downpipe-back configurations and connect to the factory downpipe; replacing the downpipe is not required.
Diesel Muffler Options
- No Muffler – Provides the least restrictive configuration and the loudest exhaust note.
- With Muffler – Reduces exhaust volume and drone while maintaining the high-flow exhaust configuration.
TCM Tuning Options
- None – Engine tuning only.
- 68RFE TCM Tuning – Optional transmission calibration for trucks equipped with the 68RFE automatic transmission.
- AISIN TCM Tuning – Optional transmission calibration for trucks equipped with the compatible AISIN automatic transmission.

Important Information about EFI Live AutoCal V3 Tuner & Tuning
The EFI Live AutoCal V3 is a vehicle-specific tuning device that requires custom calibration files prepared from the truck’s vehicle data. It supports custom tuning and SOTF functionality, allowing the available power levels to be changed without repeatedly reflashing the ECM. The tuner does not arrive with a universal preloaded custom file; the final calibration is prepared specifically for the vehicle.
The required tuning files are included with the kit and do not need to be purchased separately. Without TCM tuning, the available engine settings are Stock, +30 HP, +65 HP, +100 HP, and +130 HP. With TCM tuning, the available settings are +30 HP, +60 HP, +90 HP, +120 HP, and +150 HP.
Tune Power Settings
The available power levels depend on whether TCM tuning is included with the selected configuration. Trucks without TCM tuning use one set of engine power levels, while configurations with TCM tuning use a different five-level calibration.

- Multiple Power Levels — Without TCM tuning, the available settings are Stock, +30 HP, +65 HP, +100 HP, and +130 HP. With TCM tuning, the available settings are +30 HP, +60 HP, +90 HP, +120 HP, and +150 HP.

Important Fitment Note: This package is designed for Pickup models only and is not compatible with Cab & Chassis trucks. Cab & Chassis applications use different exhaust and tuning configurations and require the appropriate dedicated kit.
Installation
Step-by-step installation instructions are available with the package. With basic mechanical experience and the correct tools, the hardware can be installed as a bolt-on project, although first-time installers should allow additional time.
Installation Steps
- Prepare the truck and tuning. Confirm the VIN, transmission type, and other required vehicle information so the correct EFI Live custom calibration can be prepared.
- Prepare and load the tuning. Follow the supplied EFI Live AutoCal V3 instructions and make sure the correct calibration is available before removing the factory emissions equipment.
- Remove the factory exhaust components. Remove the DPF/DEF aftertreatment section and related hardware according to the supplied installation instructions.
- Install the selected exhaust configuration. Install the 4-inch exhaust, 5-inch exhaust, or delete pipe selected with the order. The full exhaust options connect to the factory downpipe.
- Install the EGR delete components. Remove the applicable EGR valve and cooler hardware and install the supplied replacement components.
- Complete the EFI Live setup. Load the correct custom tune and configure the SOTF functionality according to the provided tuning instructions.
- Verify operation. Start the truck, inspect all exhaust and coolant connections, check for leaks, and confirm normal engine operation.

- 3-5 hours for a complete installation with full exhaust and EGR removal.
- First-time installers or trucks with seized hardware may require additional time.

Tuning Requirements
EFI Live AutoCal V3 uses custom vehicle-specific tuning. A Windows laptop is required for EFI Live AutoCal V3 setup, tune-file transfer, and installation of the custom tuning files. The tuning process cannot be completed without a Windows laptop. Make sure the correct VIN, transmission information, and tuner details are supplied when requested.
The custom calibration should be prepared before the factory emissions hardware is removed. If optional TCM tuning is selected, confirm whether the truck uses the 68RFE or AISIN transmission before the files are created.
Installation Notes
Factory exhaust clamps and bolts can become difficult to remove because of corrosion, heat cycles, and vehicle age. Access to EGR and exhaust components may also vary slightly between truck configurations.
If you do not have experience with diesel exhaust systems, EGR hardware, or EFI Live tuning, we recommend using a diesel or performance shop. Installation of this type of complete Cummins package is a routine job for an experienced diesel technician.
