Exhaust manifold and pipe kit for the 2008-2010 FORD POWERSTROKE 6.4L engine.
Replace your factory manifolds and pipes that are prone to deterioration with these heavy-duty T304 stainless steel cast manifolds and pipes and increase performance.
Constant heating and cooling damages factory exhaust pipes, leaving them susceptible to cracking, resulting in exhaust leaks, turbo slowdowns, reduced performance, excessive noise and soot buildup.

2008, 2009, 2010 Ford Powerstroke 6.4L engines.
Features:
Larger diameter 304 stainless steel exhaust pipes, including stainless steel expansion bellows with inner shield.
Exhaust manifolds with thick-walled elbows prevent burn-through.
Delays exhaust gas temperatures, increasing turbine efficiency.
The manifolds have an anti-corrosion coating.
Optimized to increase velocity and remove air from cylinders.
Feed tubes are 304 stainless steel with mandrel mandrel.
High silicon ductile iron
Supplied with exhaust manifold gaskets, turbocharger pipe gaskets and A/C offset adapter to eliminate damage to A/C hose.
Pre-drilled holes for exhaust temperature and/or pressure sensors
Note: No EGR holes are provided in the manifolds.
